Glencore hired me to shoot a series of portraits of their staff at their Mumi Mine in Lubumbashi DRC for use in year end reports and for marketing.
Shoots like this are always incredibly challenging. You’re literally in the middle of nowhere in tropical Africa, the temperatures and conditions are extreme, it couldn’t be further from the air conditioned studios I sometimes get used to, but I so enjoy the challenge.
